How it works
Case workers review potential candidates that are ready to take on a new challenge and are seeking skilled employment with a livable wage.
The employee is matched with a business who is able to provide a development path to a livable wage + benefits of about $19/hr with a more predictable work schedule.
We connect the candidate to services they might need including language skills, computer skills, transportation, and other tools available to support success.
The employee is connected with a mentor. This is key in helping ensure individuals are successful in their new roles and provide encouragement and guidance to get to their goals.
